Welcome to NEX Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “NEX Exchange”), a digital asset trading platform (website: www.n-exchange.io ). Please read this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) carefully before using our services.
This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and NEX Exchange, governing your account registration, website access, and use of our services. By registering an account, accessing the website, or using the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all terms herein, including any future updates. If you do not agree with this Agreement or any part of it, please stop using our services immediately.
1.1NEX Exchange provides access to decentralized finance services, digital asset trading, and wallet management. We do not provide investment advice, guarantee asset returns, nor bear responsibility for investment outcomes.
1.2Digital assets are highly volatile and risky, with prices subject to significant fluctuations, including the possibility of becoming worthless. You should carefully assess your risk tolerance and bear full responsibility for your decisions.
1.3All market data, pricing, technical indicators, and analysis tools are for reference only and do not constitute any form of commitment or guarantee. You acknowledge that NEX Exchange is not a financial institution or a regulated deposit-taking entity, and assets are not covered by government insurance, guarantees, or deposit protection mechanisms.
1.4Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. You are responsible for carefully checking addresses and amounts. Any losses due to operational errors are solely your responsibility.
2.1You must be at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, and not fall under any “restricted jurisdictions” listed in Section 9.
2.2If you provide false information or conceal your identity, NEX Exchange reserves the right to immediately terminate services, freeze accounts, and liquidate open positions.
2.3We may adjust the scope of available services at any time based on legal, compliance, risk, or business considerations without prior notice.
2.4You are solely responsible for complying with tax laws in your jurisdiction and for all tax liabilities arising from trading, holding, or transferring digital assets. NEX Exchange does not provide tax advice or filing assistance.
3.1You must safeguard account credentials, including passwords, private keys, and two-factor authentication details. You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
3.2You may not use your account for illegal purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, hacking, or market manipulation. We reserve the right to take necessary actions such as restricting accounts, freezing assets, or terminating services.
3.3When required by law, risk review, or audit, you must cooperate with NEX Exchange and provide accurate information. Submitting false, expired, or misleading information will be at your own risk.
3.4If you access NEX Exchange through third-party tools (e.g., wallets, bridges), you bear all associated risks and responsibilities.
4.1We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure services. Services may be suspended due to maintenance, network issues, hacking, or force majeure, for which we will not be liable.
4.2In cases of system failures, matching errors, or interface issues, we reserve the right to correct or cancel affected orders unilaterally.
4.3Losses caused by user actions (e.g., wrong address, incorrect settings, blockchain congestion) are solely the user’s responsibility.
4.4We are not liable for failures or losses caused by third-party services (e.g., cloud services, payment gateways, blockchain nodes).
4.5We are not responsible for disruptions caused by natural disasters, wars, legal changes, power outages, telecom failures, or other force majeure events.
5.1All content, data, trademarks, images, and code on the platform belong to NEX Exchange or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, publishing, or commercial use is prohibited.
5.2Any feedback, suggestions, or comments you provide will be deemed as freely licensed to NEX Exchange, globally, permanently, and royalty-free.
6.1You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through our official customer service.
6.2If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its arbitration rules. The arbitration seat shall be Hong Kong, the language shall be English, and the award shall be final and binding.
6.3This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, unless mandatory provisions of applicable law provide otherwise.
6.4All arbitration-related information shall remain confidential.
7.1To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEX Exchange shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
7.2If your violation of laws, this Agreement, or third-party rights causes losses to NEX Exchange, you shall indemnify us for all damages, including legal and investigation costs.
7.3Our liability in any case shall not exceed the total fees you paid to the platform in the past 12 months.
8.1We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time, and updates will be announced via our website or other channels. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance.
8.2If you violate these terms, we may terminate your account, restrict services, and pursue claims without prior notice.
9.1NEX Exchange does not provide services to residents or entities from restricted jurisdictions, including but not limited to: North Korea, Cuba, Mainland China, Malaysia, Singapore, and any sanctioned regions .
9.2If you are a resident, legal entity, or representative of such jurisdictions, or use devices, IPs, or payment methods from these regions, it constitutes a violation.
9.3Circumvention is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:
Using VPNs, proxies, or relay servers to hide location.
Submitting false residency or identity documents.
Assisting others in evading restrictions.
9.4We may take immediate actions without notice, including:
Restricting accounts, freezing assets, or liquidating open positions.
Canceling event eligibility or reclaiming rewards.
Reporting to regulators or law enforcement.
9.5You confirm and agree:
You are not a resident or entity of restricted jurisdictions.
You will not provide access to restricted users.
You will cease use and notify us if your status changes.
9.6We reserve the right to update the restricted jurisdictions list at any time. You are responsible for staying informed of updates.
10.1If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses remain effective.
10.2The English version of this Agreement shall prevail. Translations are for reference only.

10.4NEX Exchange reserves the final right of interpretation regarding this Agreement, platform rules, and user conduct.
